If cucumber is used half and kept the remaining if the fridge, it spoils very quickly. To increase the life of cut opened cucumber, wrap it in a paper towel and put it in vegetable drawer of the fridge.
Cucumber Pancakes
काकडी अर्धवट वापरून उरलेली फ्रिजमध्ये ठेवली तर ती लवकर खराब होते. अशावेळी उरलेली काकडी पेपर टॉवेलमध्ये गुंडाळून फ्रिजमधील ड्रॉवरमध्ये ठेवावी. जास्त दिवस टिकते.
