How to cut and seed a Pomegranate

i) Cut off the crown.
ii) Score the pomegranate into four to five sections.
iii) Put it into a bowl of cold water.
iv) Break the pomegranate in chunks by gently pulling it apart with your fingers.
v) Roll the seeds out of the membrane with your fingers
vi) Membranes will float up to the top of water. Remove it with strainer.
vii) Now, strain the pomegranate seeds. They are ready to enjoy!!

i) देठाकडचा भाग कापून टाकावा.
ii) सालाला वरचेवर, एक इंचाच्या अंतराने उभ्या अशा ४ ते ५ चिरा द्याव्यात. (खूप खोल चिरू नये)
iii) आता डाळिंब गार पाण्यात बुडवावे.
iv) बोटांनी डाळिंबाचे मोठे तुकडे करावेत.
v) बोटं फिरवून आतील बिया मोकळ्या कराव्यात.
vi) सर्व्ह डाळिंब साफ करून झाले कि दालीम्बाच्या आत जी पांढरी पटलं असतात (मेम्ब्रेन) ती पाण्यावर तरंगातील. ती गाळण्याने काढून टाकावीत.
vii) चाळणीवर टाकून पाणी निथळून टाकावे आणि डाळिंबाचे दाणे वापरावेत.
