How to section an Orange

To section oranges, use a sharp knife.
1)Remove the peel
2) Hold the orange over a bowl to catch the juice, cut between one orange section and membrane, slicing to the center of the fruit.
3) Turn the knife and slide it up the other side of the section alongside the membrane
4) Repeat with remaining sections.
