टोमॅटोची सालं काढण्यासाठी टोमॅटो एका काचेच्या बोलमध्ये किंवा मायक्रोवेव्ह सेफ भांड्यात ठेवावे. त्यामध्ये टोमॅटो बुडतील इतपत पाणी घालावे. हाय पॉवरवर (१०० %) ३ ते ४ मिनीटे मायक्रोवेव्हमध्ये, झाकण न ठेवता शिजवावे. नंतर टोमॅटो बाहेर काढून थंड पाण्यात बुडवावेत आणि सालं काढावीत.
