Leftover Potatoes

If there are leftover potatoes, peel them before putting in fridge. Chilled potatoes are difficult to peel. Also, some potato flesh gets wasted alongwith peels. To avoid it, peel and put in a covered container. Refrigerate. Use withing 3-4 days.

जर बटाटे उरले असतील तर फ्रिजमध्ये टाकण्याआधी बटाट्याची साले काढावी. फ्रिजमधील थंड बटाटे सोलायला कठीण जातात तसेच सोलताना सालाबरोबर बटाट्याचा काही भाग वाया जातो. ते टाळण्यासाठी, बटाटे फ्रिजमध्ये ठेवण्यापूर्वी सोलून, बंद डब्यात ठेवावे आणि मगच फ्रिजमध्ये ठेवावे.
