How to make thick green chutney

To get thick and well blended green chutney, add 2 to 3 pieces of boiled potato (peeled) alongwith the cilantro, green chili and water. Blend well. Potato will thicken the chutney.

हिरव्या चटणीला दाटपणा आणण्यासाठी चटणी मिक्सरमध्ये वाटताना २-३ फोडी उकडलेला बटाटा (सोलून) घालावा. यामुळे चटणी घट्टसर होईल. व कोथिंबीर आणि पाणी असे वेगवेगळे राहणार नाही.
