Pluck the cilantro leaves. Plunge them into a pot full of cold water. Swirl around a few times and let sit for a while. The sand, dirt, and other debris will settle to the bottom, and the leaves will float to the top and can be removed. Repeat the procedure if the cilantro is very dirty.प्रथम कोथिंबीर निवडून घ्यावी. मोठ्या पातेल्यात गार पाणी भरावे आणि त्यात निवडलेली कोथिंबीर घालावी. हाताने हलकेच ढवळावे आणि कोथिंबीर थोडावेळ तशीच ठेवावी. कोथिंबीरीतील माती, घाण तळाला बसेल आणि कोथिंबीर पाण्यावर तरंगेल जी हाताने सहज काढता येईल. जर अजून कचरा आहे असे जाणवले तर परत हीच कृती करा.
