Ice-creams set faster and better in aluminum containers. Also, place a thick plastic sheet to keep it from sticking to the floor of the freezer.

अल्यूमिनियमच्या भांड्यात आईसक्रीम चांगल्या प्रकारे सेट होते. फक्त भांड्याच्या खाली प्लास्टीकचा जाडसर तुकडा ठेवावा म्हणजे फ्रीजरला भांडे चिकटणार नाही.

Tip regarding chopping board

भाज्या  चिरण्यासाठी लाकडी चॉपिंग बोर्ड वापरावा. प्लास्टिक बोर्ड किंवा जाड प्लास्टिक शिटवर भाज्या चीरल्यास प्लास्टिकचे लहान तुकडेही भाजीबरोबर चिरले जावून आपल्या जेवणात येण्याची शक्यता असते.

Use a wooden board to chop. Don`t use a plastic board, small plastic pieces may go with the vegetables.
